  • Five Business Resource Groups (BRGs) help address ERIE’s business opportunities through an inclusive lens, aligning with a strategic goal of both growing talent and market share.
  • The Inclusivity Champion Program is offered as a voluntary resource to raise the cultural competency of employees, which helps promote effective and productive interactions and contributes to making ERIE a great place to work.
  • Our Sourcing and Vendor Management team is dedicated to supporting responsible sourcing by fostering inclusive partnerships with a wide range of suppliers which aligns with ERIE’s cost, quality and delivery standards.
