Yes, with comprehensive coverage. Additional days of coverage are available after settlement. Add it to collision coverage and pick from six classes of rental car options.[9]

New Car Protection
Yes, If your new vehicle (up to 24 months old) is a total loss after an accident, it will be replaced with a new vehicle of the latest model year.[11] Read more about new and used car replacement.
Limited. It may only be available for the first year after the vehicle is purchased. With ERIE, it’s up to two years.
Better Car Protection
Yes. If your car is totaled it can replace an older car with a vehicle two years newer.[11] Plus, with Lease Loan Protection if your car (24 months+) is totaled, it can cover the balance of an auto loan (not including carry-over balances).
Limited. The coverage replaces your older car with a vehicle just one model year newer. ERIE replaces with a model two years newer.
Ridesharing
Yes. This optional, low-cost add-on provides secondary coverage when you use your private vehicle with a transportation network company, such as Uber and Lyft.[12]
