One Time Payment service is a Web-based payment service, enabling a customer to make a single payment for an Erie Insurance Group, Erie Family Life, or Flagship City bill online.
Erie Insurance is pleased to offer this service free of charge.
There is no special software required to use the service. All you need is a browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Version 4.0 or higher, or Netscape Navigator, Version 4.0 or higher.
You will need to enter your name and your ERIE policy number exactly as they appear on your bill. You can find this information on a recent copy of your Erie Insurance, Erie Family Life, or Flagship City invoice. You will also be asked to provide your address, email address, and phone number. You will need to enter your funding information such as your checking or savings account number and the bank routing number.
You can find your current balance, as well as the date of your last payment, by calling (800) 458-0811, option 9. Make sure you have your policy number handy when you call.

No, this service does not allow credit or debit card payments.
You may use this service to pay an Erie Insurance Group, Erie Family Life, or Flagship bill anytime. All you need to do is access the web site and enter all necessary information each time you choose to use the service. Only one payment is allowed on any account per day. If you wish to make an additional payment on this policy, please call Customer Service at (800) 458-0811. This is not a recurring bill payment service.
The payment transaction is made once you select the "Confirm" button on the payment screen. You will have the ability to modify your payment selection before selecting "Confirm." After clicking the "Confirm" button, you will see a payment confirmation screen. Please remember to print this confirmation for your records and to deduct the payment amount from your bank account records.
The amount will be deducted from your bank account the next business day after you have initiated the One Time Payment service. Payments made after 6:00 p.m. EST may take two business days to be processed.
No, all payments processed are for the current business day only
Yes, but each account number must be paid individually. However only one payment is allowed per account per day. If you wish to make an additional payment on this policy the same day, please call Customer Service at (800) 458-0811.
Clicking the "Confirm" button completes the transaction. You must contact Customer Service at 1-800-458-0811 to modify or cancel any pending payments. Please have your confirmation number available.
