One Time Payment Service is a Web-based payment service, enabling a customer to make a single payment for an Erie Insurance, Erie Family Life or Flagship City bill online.
Erie Insurance is pleased to offer this service free of charge.
There is no special software required to use the service. All you need is a browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari.
You will need to enter your name and your ERIE policy or account billing number exactly as they appear on your bill. You can find this information on a recent copy of your Erie Insurance, Erie Family Life, or Flagship City invoice. You will also be asked to provide your address, e-mail address, and phone number. You will need to enter your funding information such as your checking or savings account number and the bank routing number.
The One Time Payment Service entry screen may display your current balance, the amount of your next payment, and the payment due date. This information may vary due to your policy or account status.

No, this service does not allow credit or debit card payments.
You may use this service to pay an Erie Insurance, Erie Family Life, or Flagship bill anytime. All you need to do is access the web site and enter all necessary information each time you choose to use the service. You can only make one payment on any account per day. If you wish to make an additional payment on this policy, please call Customer Service at (800) 458-0811. This is not a recurring bill payment service.
The payment transaction is made once you select the Authorize button on the payment screen. You will have the ability to modify your payment selection before selecting Authorize. After clicking the Authorize button, you will see a payment confirmation screen. Please remember to print this confirmation for your records and to deduct the payment amount from your bank account records.
The amount will be deducted from your bank account the next business day after you have initiated the One Time Payment service. Payments made after 6 p.m. Eastern may take two business days to be processed.

Yes, but you must pay each account number individually. However you can only make one payment per account per day. If you wish to make an additional payment on this policy the same day, please call Customer Service at (800) 458-0811.
Clicking the Authorize button completes the transaction. You must contact Customer Service at 1-800-458-0811 to cancel any pending payments. We cannot modify a payment. Please have your confirmation number available.
It's verification of the date and time the information was entered and accepted. Please keep in mind that a credit to your account is dependent on ERIE's receipt of payment from your financial institution. If we do not receive payment from your financial institution (for example, because your account information is incorrect or your account has insufficient funds) your account will not be credited. Payments submitted after 6 p.m. EST may take an extra business day to process.
