Ultrasure for Landlords Dwelling Coverage and Property Coverage

ERIE's UltrasureSM policy offers coverage for dwellings and property.

Dwelling Coverage

  • ERIE's broad dwelling definition, in addition to covering your dwellings, includes permanent attachments to the dwellings, unattached outbuildings described on the Declarations, building equipment and fixtures servicing the residence premises, personal property you have for the service and maintenance of the building, outdoor antennas, and building glass, including lettering, ornamentation and burglar alarm foil.
  • "Named Perils" dwelling coverage provides protection against loss caused by the following perils as defined in the policy: fire; lightning; windstorm or hail; explosion; riot and civil commotion; vehicles and aircraft; smoke; falling objects; weight of snow, ice or sleet; vandalism or malicious mischief; sonic boom; sprinkler leakage; freezing by temperature reduction of plumbing, heating or air conditioning systems or water damage; burglary; volcanic action; and sinkhole collapse.

Property Coverage

  • Your business personal property will be protected while it is on the residence premises or while it is removed temporarily for repairs.
  • "Named Perils" business personal property coverage provides protection against loss caused by the same perils as listed above for your dwelling.
