Free Equipment Webinars Available for Commercial Customers 

A Webinar series covering boilers, air conditioning and electrical equipment is available to our commercial customers. The free, 40-minute Webinars are from Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB). HSB is Erie Insurance’s partner in offering mechanical and electrical breakdown coverage. The Webinars cover how equipment works and how basic maintenance can prevent service interruptions and reduce your energy costs.

The Webinars are designed for equipment operators. However, no engineering or technical background is required. The sessions could be relevant to facility directors, maintenance supervisors and almost anyone responsible for this type of equipment.

The Webinars cover a wide range of topics. You’ll get answers to questions like these:

• Air conditioning: How does it work?
• How do I prepare my boiler for inspection?
• What can go wrong with my boiler?
• Electrical equipment: How do I keep the lights on?

Participating is easy
All you need is a telephone and high-speed Internet connection.

Webinars are being offered now through December. You can register for as many sessions as you want. HSB will send you a reminder e-mail before each session. If you are unable to attend, a recorded session will be available.
