Making sure people have the proper coverage at the proper rate based on their own set of circumstances gives the staff at the Larry Piper Agency in Painted Post, N.Y., a deep sense of personal satisfaction.

When a retired couple whose homeowners coverage had not been reviewed for almost 30 years was referred to Larry’s office, he learned they were badly underinsured. He recommended doubling the coverage on their home and added replacement cost for contents. Within a few months, the home was destroyed by fire. “Although no one likes to see this happen, it provided a great deal of satisfaction to know we made a positive difference in their lives,” says Larry.
