Reimbursement of registration fees and cash bonuses for Employees who pass Insurance Institute of America courses and courses leading to more than 50 insurance and other professional designations.

Reimbursement for eligible full-time Employees taking approved courses at colleges and universities when they earn a grade of “C” or better. Approved courses and degree programs must relate to the Employee’s current job or to positions in the company.
